Rosita Cajas es productora de profesión y madre de tres hijos. Está convencida de que todas las mujeres pueden complementar la maternidad con la sensualidad sin que ambas facetas colisionen. Este fue uno de los motivos por el cual abrió el estudio “Provocarte”, con la clarísima misión de empoderar a la mujer y revalorar su lado sexy en las diferentes etapas de la vida.
Aficionada por la danza contemporánea, en el 2010 se formaliza en el baile a través del Pole Dance, estableciendo la primera escuela de dicha técnica en Costa Rica.
• Es miembro del PFA (Pole Fitness Alliance) y está certificada como Instructora de Pole Dance a través del Pole Fitness Studio, Las Vegas USA.
• Certificación internacional de Pole Moves, Los Angeles (2014). Niveles Básico-Intermedio y Avanzado, avalada por el ACE (American Council on Exercise) y AFAA (Aerobics Fitness Asociation of America) y reconocida por PFA (Pole Fitness Asociation).
• Certificación de ELEVATED realizado en Body & Pole New York (2014).
• Instructora grupal de TRX BODY BLAST Y TRX CIRCUIT a nivel internacional por TRX San Francisco a través de TRX México.
